The Beginning for a New Senior Living Facility & The End of an Old Classroom Wing

Duffy started construction of a new Senior Living facility in Johnsburg, IL repositioning an old grade school by the demolition of a classroom wing but saving the core administrative and gym portion of the school for re-use as apartments and support services. Completing this work makes room for the immediate start of the new 68 apartment facility.
