Supportive Living Facility
August 25, 2017 marked the official opening of Montclare Senior Residences SLF of North Lawndale. The 120-unit supportive living community provides affordable living options on the city’s west side for seniors needing assistance. Joseph J. Duffy Co., along with Safeway Construction Co. and Brown & Momen Co., managed construction through Safeway-Brown-Duffy Joint Venture. Through the tri-venture, Duffy provided the conceptual preconstruction, and served as the managing construction partner for the 5-story masonry bearing precast structure.
