Joseph J. Duffy Co. along with other industry experts helped sponsor and attended the Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Chicagoland Senior Housing Real Estate Conference to discuss the state of the market. On November 12, more than 125 professionals from around the country attended the event at the University Club Chicago with keynote speaker, managing director at National Investment Center (NIC), Chuck Harry. The main topics that were talked about are where senior housing development is happening, the different and developing product types, how the Chicago market compares to other markets and operation trends and issues impacting bottom line.
