Joseph J. Duffy Announces New Project For General Capital In Johnsburg, IL

Duffy starts new senior housing in Northern IL, in Johnsburg, McHenry County.

Duffy is converting a portion of a formal grade school building in Johnsburg and adding a new three-story addition resulting in 68 apartments consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units with full baths & kitchens. Fifty-four units are to be located in the new wing and fourteen units in the renovated former Administrated and Gym portion.

The wood frame and masonry facility is being built under a lump sum contract based on our preliminary budgets working as a team member in connection with General Capital and Hooker DeJong Architects.
