Joseph J. Duffy announces new project- 1212 Larkin

Joseph J. Duffy Co. is the General Contractor on Full Circle Communities’ new 48-unit Affordable Living development in Elgin, IL. The 3.4 acre site consists of six 2-story, 3 BR two unit townhouse buildings, six 2-story stacked four flat buildings containing 1 BR and 2-BDR units, PLUS, the historic adaptive reuse of the 11 unit, 3-story Larkin Center and 1-story managers’ building, resulting in a total of 48 units. As usual, Duffy provided preconstruction services, concluding in a Lump Sum Contract to construct the project for Full Circle Communities, working with Cordogan Clark Architects.
