Joseph J. Duffy Company Breaks Ground on Porta Coeli Residence

Porta Coeli, Catholic Charities Housing Development Corp.’s latest senior housing building, consisting of 86 one-bedroom units, is under construction.  We have finished the building excavations and the concrete foundations are also complete.  Interior and exterior foundation back-filling is in progress, while site utility work, building underground plumbing and electrical work, and masonry structure is scheduled to begin shortly.  This new development brings the total number of apartments Duffy has built for the CCHDC to 707 units.
