Brainerd Park Apartments Completed

On Sept. 29th , Brainerd Park Apartments officially opened to many happy new residents. In attendance were Joshua Wilmoth, President & CEO of Full Circle Communities, Kenneth Burnett, CEO of Christian Community Health Care, Mike Mozal, President and Jerry DeCicco, Vice President of Joseph J. Duffy Co., John Bonds, President of Safeway Construction Co., and local officials, including 21st ward Alderman, Howard Brookings, Jr. This Transit Oriented Development, consisting of 36 apartments ranging in size from 1-4 bedrooms, will offer residents job training, financial counseling, Mobile Health Services and a business center.
