“Live Well. Age Well. Be Well.” The motto for Azpira Place is very much evident as residents began to move into the senior living residences in Lake Zurich, Illinois.


We had the pleasure of constructing this middle market rate senior residence for Pathway for Living. It consists of 118 one-bedroom and two studio apartments and features attractive amenities for the residents. These include two dining venues, multiples patio areas, a therapy gym, a learning technology center, a theater/chapel, and the Sundara Salon & Spa. The exterior mix of masonry, EIFS, stone and fiber cement siding, offer an attractive and unique appearance to the building.
