Joseph J. Duffy announces new project- Trianon Lofts

Joseph J. Duffy Co. is the general contractor for the new Trainon Lofts that broke ground on June 22nd being developed by POAH (Preservation of Affordable Housing). This is the first market rate rental apartment building in Woodlawn in more than 40 years. Trianon Lofts is a $12.5 million building development and it will include 24, two bedroom with two or one- bathroom units of 900 to 950 square feet with 10 feet high ceilings. Each apartment unit will have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and in-unit washer/dryer. Trainon Lofts will also have 7,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. Preservation of Affordable Housing will also manage the building. The Architect for the project is UrbanWorks, Ltd.
