Sangamon Terrace Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On Friday January 15, 2016 JJ Duffy Co was pleased to take part in the Ribbon Cutting ceremony at 6145 South Sangamon, Chicago, IL. Sangamon Terrace is an affordable housing project. It has 24 one (1) bedroom units with full kitchens and tenants’ benefits include a multifunction community room, a technology room plus outdoor patio with landscaped grounds. The construction type is a 4 story full precast building and is being built next to and connecting to Bethel Terrace.
