Milwaukee Ave Apts wins the Gale Cincotta Award

IHDA (Illinois Housing Development Authority) announced on March 13th the winners for the 2017 Housing Champion Awards. Milwaukee Avenue Apartments developed by Full Circle Communities, Inc., was nominated and won the Gale Cincotta Award for its innovative design that improves accessibility at every opportunity. Milwaukee Avenue Apartments features 32 apartments, all including adjustable cabinets and counter tops, roll-in showers, adjustable closet organizers and audio-visual entry and alert devices. The property was designed by Cordogan, Clark & Associates, and the general contractor for the project was Joseph J. Duffy Company.
