Joseph J. Duffy announces new project- Azpira Place of Lake Zurich SLF

Joseph J. Duffy Co., is the general contractor for the new three story senior living apartment building called Azpira Place of Lake Zurich SLF. The apartment building will consist of wood frame construction with 120 units, 118 one bedroom apartments and 2 studio units. All units will have HVAC systems that will be controlled individually by the resident. The one bedroom apartments will consist of a living room area, kitchen and full bath. Preconstruction services included early conceptual budgeting to final fixed price construction contract. The construction phase includes 2 large patios including cooking grills, seating areas plus a gazebo walking paths. The architects on the projects is Behles + Behles Architecture and the client on the project is PSL Lake Zurich Property Owner, LLC.
