Rapidly approaching completion is the Safeway-JJ Duffy Joint Venture Full Circle Communities project, Brainerd Park Apartments. Interiors of the 36 apartments of this 2-story, high-quality building are nearing final painting and trim out. This masonry and wood-frame building is designed with resident accessibility a focus. It will be energy efficient, earning LEED certification when completed.
