Brainerd Park Apartments Updates 5/18

The latest on Brainerd Park Apartments includes interior painting on the 1st floor is nearly complete and will be starting on the 2nd floor soon. Interior finishes i.e. doors, cabinets and Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing fit out are underway on the 2nd floor. While on the outside of the building, site work is currently underway making room for the parking lot and landscaping of the site. In the meantime the roofing and building exteriors are complete. Fortunately the good weather came at the right time for certain trades that require such conditions keeping us on schedule.
