Brainerd Park Apartments Groundbreaking

On August 25th Duffy helped to break ground on another new project, Brainerd Park Apartments, this one is Affordable Housing of 36 units located in Brainerd Park for Full Circle Communities in conjunction with the Christian Community Health Center. Josh Wilmoth President of Full Circle & Kenneth Burnett CEO spoke to the audience. They are stressing the TOD aspect of this project to provide people living there with convenient public transportation for work and shopping.
